The meal was so satisfying that it put us in a pleasant mood for the rest of the evening. They had sweet white wine, a moscato, available by the glass. For dessert we had bread pudding with sauce Anglaise.

The wood grilled steak was delicious, as well. As a matter of fact, my wife feels that the lobster bisque with lobster flan, roe, and lobster meat, was the best she has ever had. As it turned out, we sat comfortably at a booth, and the food was absolutely delicious. Had we stayed at our first or second-assigned table under a cold air duct, we would have been quite miserable even if the food was delicious. Almost all of the booths lining the high windows are free of cold winds, and almost all of the tables on the floor are located under cold air ducts. First was the above-and-beyond attitude of Jaimie, our server, who volunteered to clear a booth table so we could move there from a windy table. We were delighted and surprised to find such a good restaurant in the Morongo Resort and Casino.
